Originate dealflow of leading ecommerce brands and build pipeline of potential targets through outreach and 3rd party brokers and partners 2. Support the team in the financial and operational analysis of M&A investments of fast-growing, profitable ecommerce businesses 3. Assist in compiling financial models, and performing commercial and financial due diligence for M&A deals 4. Participate in the deal execution process and preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. investment memos, pitch decks, etc). 5. Help consolidate and track KPIs of our portfolio companies, doing ad-hoc analysis to support portfolio growth YOUR PROFILE 1. Finance / Business / Economics degree or Masters from a top-tier university with a focus on finance and accounting 2. Prior internship experience in analytical / technical positions within investment banking (M&A), private equity, venture capital, accounting, or consulting 3. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail 4. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty 5. Business fluent in English 6. Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and wants to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn
