岗位职责： • Establish cleaning process window, document process settings and revise as conditions change. • Participate in developing and implementing manufacturing processes cleaning process for different products. • Monitor process data against performance expectations, root cause analysis on the cleaning failures and provide the solving solution. • Lead experiments and performance improvement projects to achieve target goal, including quality, cost, capacity, and new capability. • Be the technical leader in the plant for cleaning process. • work with equipment/control system engineers to optimize process/equipment interactions. work with other process areas to identify process interactions. • Train operators, shift leaders, managers, and other engineers. • Assess risks of cleaning chemical application in engineering, technologies, and manufacturing. • Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed. 岗位要求： • Master degree on chemistry or materials. • deep expertise on chemistry or materials, solid knowledge base. • development experience of materials / chemicals / detergent, applied to markets. • strong logic thinking and problem solving skills. • fluent English speaking & writing skills.
