Job Responsibility:
1. Understand deeply the annual and quarter OKR (Objectives and Key Results) in IT department. proactively initiate OKR regular review with team members in group or individually, and summarize overall result timely. (50%)
2. Conduct OKR App test and improvement with frequent feedback to development team. (30%)
3.Promote English speaking in IT team during work time with innovative and interesting ideas. (20%)
Requirements:
1. Education: Human resource, business management or Computer Science, Software Development and Testing, with excellent English speaking and writing. Native speaker preferred.
2. Experience: Experience, practice or knowledge on OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management is preferred.
3. Others: Open minded, easy going, team player and potential leadership.
