Key Responsibilities:
Product Display Optimization (PDP Setup):
Manage and organize promotional boxes on the product detail pages (PDP) to highlight special offers and deals.
Set up and maintain return processes for products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Color Grouping and Categorization:
Implement strategic color grouping of products to enhance visual appeal and assist customers in making informed choices.
Content Management for WCMP Product Lists:
Curate and update the "Editors' Pick" section, ensuring featured items are relevant and appealing to the target audience.
Manage the "Shopping Cart" and "Gifting" sections, making sure they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
WCMP Shoptabs Input:
Input and manage new products under the "New In" category, including key visuals (KV) to attract customer attention.
Ensure that the shoptabs are accurately reflecting the latest trends and inventory.
Megamenu Imagery:
Design and update the megamenu images to align with seasonal promotions, sales, and marketing campaigns.
Brand Listing and Organization:
Maintain an organized and searchable brand list on the website, making it easy for customers to find their preferred brands.
URL Redirection Management:
Implement and monitor URL redirection strategies to fix broken links and improve the user journey.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular research on competitors' pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to inform our strategic planning.
Asset Management:
Download and manage marketing assets from the company's system, ensuring they are readily available for campaigns.
Campaign Documentation:
Capture and document campaign performance through screencaps and reports, providing insights for future marketing efforts.
Requirement:
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with a focus on Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
An eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of works.
