• Weekly and monthly maintenance plan
• Monthly lighting focusing record & monthly prevention report
• Assist file management
• Vendors contracts quotation consolidation
• Invoice follow-up
3. New store project support Project file and payment support
4. Survey information handling
• Shop satisfaction questionnaire was poorly adjusted
• Supplier performance survey
• Training results tracking"
"Requirements & Capabilities:
• University degree or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes
• Self-driven, can work under pressure
• Multitasking, can meet deadlines
• Good oral and written English
• Good office software application (word, excel, PPT)"
