Job Responsibility:
Overall assistance to HRBP in daily People Management
Support in life-cycle management of Production Employees in recruitment, payroll, training and resignations
Support in staff engagement program
Update daily report and HR database
Other task assigned by Supervisor
Requirement:
Third-year student or first-year postgraduate, major in English or Human Resources is preferred
Can support 3 days per week for 6 months at least
Intermediate English skill in both oral and written
Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
Good communication skills and independent working ability
