工作职责：
1、To work as part of Process engineering group to support to process chemistry R&D design, optimization, and scale up;

2、 To collect the necessary physical and chemical property data for process design and scale up;

3、To perform the necessary engineering calculation to support reaction engineering and process unit operations as needed using excel sheets and/or engineering software as needed;
使用excel表格和/或工程软件进行必要的工程计算，以支持反应工程和工艺装置操作；
4、To participate in problem solving for requests coming from PC, TO, and production as needed;

5、To Prepare reports, summaries, protocols, and SOPs as needed;

6、Assist with SOP and training material development;

7、To work closely with PS team to utilize process safety data for process simulation and scale up;

8、To work with cross functional teams (PC, analytical, TO, and production) for successful scale up;

9、To ensure good knowledge of equipment in the PE lab including: RC1e, automated jacketed reactors, EasyMax and other modular platforms, solid processing equipment and PAT tools;

10、Basic understanding of Design of experiments and modelling, Risk assessment;
