[NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates who can start their internship no later than March 2025]
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing venues that coincide with projects' concepts & designs
- Support venue scouting to maintain an updated venue list
- Support onsite logistics and back-office tasks assigned by leader
- Help to support the operation team's daily work
Requirements
- Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months and free to work for 3-5 days a week
- Familiarity with Office software, especially in Excel and PPT
- A problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and efficiently when faced with issues on-site
- Be active, responsible and willing to learn new things
