The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for delivering cloud architecture and engineering designs, implementing and/or maintaining GM cloud governance model to execute on the company’s leading-edge cloud strategy, operating cloud infrastructure for application teams.
This cloud engineer role will be working with the vertical application teams to understand the application infrastructure and connectivity requirements, review cloud architecture, define cloud service standards, provision application cloud infrastructure and maintain the GM cloud platform from China perspective to meet compliance requirements. This role is focused on architecture and engineering of the core cloud IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS service offerings, across multiple cloud providers including Azure and future other cloud providers. This role will work across various business units to ensure that the business can grow and be more productive. Maintain Azure China cloud infrastructure as extended CCOE resource.
Support cloud (Azure China) onboarding for innovation teams including subscription setup, IAM onboarding, pipeline setup, infra provisioning guidance, etc.
