项目背景：产品是SDH、OTN等通信设备，负责机框板卡设计。
要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，2年以上电路设计经验；
2、用mentor做过模拟电路设计和数字电路设计的最合适，如果没有，mentor pads（是mentor的老版本）也可以，如果只是用pads工具，如果有做OTN、SDH设备的行业经验也可以尝试；
3、倾向是做通信设备行业的，如果没有手机、车载的或者IOT领域的可以尝试。
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the circuit design using CAD tools and manage the design data (design spec, CAD data, BOM, etc).
2. Prototypes/models verification.
3. Support the product testing and manufacturing.
4. Work on all the circuit related aspects/issues during the product design, test, manufacture and deployment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above in circuit, or equivalent.
2. 2+ years circuit design experience, telecom product development expertise is preferred.
3. Familiar with mechanical design process and CAD tool (Mentor), familiar with oscillator measurement .
4. Familiar with the HW test process, manufacturing process.
5. Team-work player.
