职位
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Evaluating current machine learning or AI approaches related to biomarker
identification;
* Collecting and integrating the high-throughput multi-omics data for disease
and drug response;
* Working with the Bioinfo and AI teams to implement or develop ML/AI
approaches with integration of multi-omics data to identify biomarkers relevant
to drug response and diseases (e.g. cancers or autoimmune diseases).
Basic Requirements of the Job:
Education & Qualifications:
* Educational background in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer
Science and related fields.
* Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Master’s level
or higher preferred).
Experience:
* Hands-on experience with machine learning or AI is required.
* Familiarity with genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and other
high-throughput sequencing technologies is required.
* Prior experience with omics data analysis is a plus.
Professional Competencies/skills:
* Proficient in Python or R and familiar with Linux working environment.
* Fluent in English.
