保时捷管理咨询公司HR实习生 Porsche Consulting - HR Intern 上海 | 本科180/天，硕士200/天 | 每周4-5天 | 5-6个月 | 口语出色，沟通效率高，人事经验者优先 Your Responsibilities： + Help with the significant interview and meeting arrangement + Communicate with external professionals and follow up the data management + Support recruitment team for other daily operation issues and administrative urgency + Support specific project, assist team members to process the programs with assigned tasks + Support daily recruiting, especially during peak season, performance review etc. + Post job descriptions on LinkedIn and finish different kinds of talent research work Our Requirements： + Fluent in English ( listening, writing, especially speaking) + Good interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented and well-organized + High motivation and positive attitudes, interested in human resource work or consulting area + Decent computer skills (i.e. MS office) Experience in recruiting at MNCs is a strong plus + 5-6 months availability, at least 4 days per week, strong responsibility and time flexibility What We Offer： + Salary: 180 RMB/day for Bachelor students and 200 RMB/day for Master students + Professional management experience and in-depth industry knowledge + Good exposure to different consulting case and internal principles + Access to diversified information related to the consulting industry or automotive technology + International working environment with expertised colleagues and global vision to industry
