What you'll be doing:
• Coordinate with sales team by managing sales documents, invoice and etc.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff with regular sales reports.
• General office administration, including but not limited to, assisting with photocopying, scan, courier and general correspondence.
• Other ad-hoc task as required
What we're looking for:
• Undertaking a bachelor degree
• Able to work at least 3-4 days a week for a minimum 3-month period.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin
