To support direct run boutiques’ daily operation
Reporting:
Weekly: pending orders
Monthly: total number of stock/missing accessories
Monthly boutique staff attendance report checking
Any ad-hoc report requested by Management
Support on the payment request for boutique daily operation, maintenance and construction expenses(CAPAX&OPEX)
Assist in stamp application, new vendor creation and other cross functional application process
Admin support:
Logistics arrangement – provide business travel supporting includes but not limited to hotel reservation, visa application, local transportation planning and etc.
Meeting arrangement – coordinate and book meeting rooms
Order and distribute business card, name badge and other commodities
Coordination between Marketing & direct run boutiques on display tool & give away gift stock management
Provide admin supporting to business event and marketing activities
Support to maintain the CRM database
