Responsibilities
• Collect system information, Edit validation attachments to generate validation doc package
• Enable to receive request either customer or sales team to coordinate internal service engineer and related hardware service case.
• Work on the SFDC, support all engineer’s case and WO. Periodic reports.
• Manage all internal service instruments and tools.
Requirements/Qualification
• Minimum college or technological academy in language or related disciplines.
• Computer skills and communication skills.
• English, write is fine and can understand equipment, instrument user manual
• Good execution, integrity, teamwork are definitely required.
• Passion and self motivated.
