Your day to day: oPerform full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close. oCollaborate effectively with hiring managers (from Manager to Executive level) on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. oSource candidates through various channels including social media. oFill job requisitions assigned within target timelines. oPartner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and to refine requirements. oAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. oProvide well-documented reports on metrics. oBuild rapport and trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process. oProvide the highest level of candidate experience. oLeverage the following recruiting tools: Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Social Media.
What you bring to the team: o3+ years of experience in a Recruiting role with heavy sourcing requirements. oExperience recruiting for G&A, Operations and Services business oA track record of success with achieving sourcing targets and pipeline quotas. oSolid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment. oSolid understanding of the talent market landscape. oExperience & successfully crafting compelling outreach campaigns via email, phone, inmails, and video. oExpertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques. oExcellent written & verbal communication skills. oGood eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes identifying a fit. oSound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches fo
