KEY SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Excellent communication skills: This role will require extensive liaison with seniorlevel clients and the internal team at YSC. The candidate must therefore be able to
demonstrate confidence, credibility and flexibility in managing all of their stakeholders.
• Organisation and planning: High levels of organisation, prioritisation and planning
skills in managing multiple work streams; excellent diary management.
• Excellent administration and technical skills: Proficient in Windows packages,
particularly Excel and Outlook, in order to manage a large scale project efficiently and
easily; strong understanding and eye for grammar; excellent document proofing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail: Accuracy; excellent standards of document presentation;
excellent written and oral communication; proactivity and initiative to drive forward
improvements in standards of service provided.
• Resilience: Maintains confidence and optimism in the face of ambiguity; meets pressing
deadlines; works well under pressure; has capacity to cope with volume.
• Motivation: Interest and motivation towards our work and clients and a desire for

工作内容:
客户日常会议安排,行程安排大部分
办公室日常,和新加坡财务处理一些银行的事务;
Ppt的简单制作;
本科/硕士,英文要好,能作为工作语言最佳,内部的会议会用到英文,细致细心一点,信息的及时更新;

23年毕业生或能接受长期实习优先
可以接受homebase,一周出勤三天以上,可以居家 办公1天;
应用心理学,英语,工商管理学等专业优先
有过行政类实习经验优先
5月中下旬可以入职。
