Job Responsibilities:

1、 Work with Recruiters to establish recruiting strategy for each assignment.
2、 Work through all initial steps on search assignment and sourcing efforts.
3、 Initiate / maintain job postings, social media and marketing outlets in support of search assignments.
4、 Engage active and passive job-seekers to determine qualifications, interest, and fit.
5、 Collect compensation information and other industry data to help develop hiring solutions for clients.
6、 Prepare reports relevant to sourcing strategies of the Team
7、 Participate in client profile meetings and record detailed notes for search assignments.
8、 Report and collaborate directly to the IP Manager for sourcing strategies

Qualifications:

1、 Bachelors degree in any related field or 1 year internship experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a recruiting firm set-up; foreign study background or work/internship abroad is also preferred.
2、 Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency utilizing search engines and internet based networking sites Linked In.
3、 Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
4、 Strong computer skills; particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
5、 Must be a self-starter able to spend the majority of time online; quick learner and willing to explore brand new fields voluntarily
6、 Strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
7、 Must be goal oriented and willing to work hours necessary to ensure team goals are met.
