Department Mission
· Understand cell technology including cathode, anode, separator and electrolyte and participate cell development..
· To support the battery cell development, including the cell chemistry system design and mechanical part design. Responsible for the cell electrochemistry simulation, thermal simulation..
Your Responsibilities
· Support cell chemistry design team to optimize the design, including the material selection, electrode design.
· Support cell mechanical design team to optimize the design, including the current carrying capability design, vent design and others.
· Support the validation team to calculate the power/current limit at different SOC and temperature
· Optimize the fast charge strategy. Familiar with Tri-electrode and symmetric cell making.
· Conduct the parameter test of simulation model, analyze the consistency of the test result. Familiar with electrochemistry measurement method like EIS, LSV,CV etc. Establishment of simulation model, ensure convergence and robustness, familiar with optimization method.
Required Qualification:
· Education: Major in Electrochemistry or Material related.
· English: Fluent in English and Chinese, basic German helpful
