Core Responsibilities
1. Execute visual design tasks with a strong attention to detail
2. Design and maintain brand identity assets for Xavor’s ventures, and use them to form visual narratives
3. Design and create digital communications content, including pitch decks, presentations, infographics and product showcase graphics
4. Collaborate and communicate with a diverse team of designers, engineers, and software developers, both internally and externally
5. Present and support your design decisions

Key Requirements
1. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
2. Ability to understand and visually communicate complex information
3. Ability to generate and clearly communicate ideas, concepts and design assets to engineers, product managers and clients
4. A strong understanding of branding principles, along with demonstrated experience of applying them
5. Ability to work with ambiguity in multi-cultural, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
6. Expertise in visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
7. Motivation to learn and build design skills.

Additional Capabilities (not mandatory)
1. A strong understanding of user interface design, and demonstrated experience of designing digital interfaces
2. A basic understanding of motion graphics, and some experience using appropriate tools
3. A great sense of humor!
