互惠生筛选、招募 - 互惠生的筛选与面试 - 互惠生的线上培训、背景调查、资料整理 - 安排及协调互惠生和家庭的线上面试（如需承担同传工作） - 记录和管理互惠生跟家庭的线下项目启动后日常交流 - 保证互惠生满意度，策划、创造良好的互惠生体验 - 收集客户反馈，明确客户诉求 - 完善招聘体系、优化及产出相关项目需求 岗位要求： 1. 教育，英语，营销，管理，传媒，人力资源，小语种等专业本科及以上学历 2. 有教育领域相关或教育公司的工作经验优先，对教育事业有热情 3. 英语口语流利，可以进行日常沟通，专八或同等水平以上（近母语为加分项） 4. 组织协调，项目精细化运营，高效执行能力 5. 对人的高度敏感，有营造良好的用户体验的能力 6. 优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力 此岗位接受实习 【Job Responsibilities】 - Screening and interviewing of au pairs - Online training, background checks and documentation of au pairs - Arranging and coordinating online interviews between au pairs and host families (if required to undertake simultaneous interpreting duties) - record and manage day-to-day communication between au pairs and host families once the programme has started - Ensuring au pair satisfaction and planning and creating a positive au pair experience - Collect feedback from clients and clarify their requirements - Improve the recruitment system, optimize and produce relevant project requirements 【The following skills and experience are desirable】 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in education, English, marketing, management, media, human resources, foreign languages, etc. 2. Experience in the education field or in an education company is preferred, with a passion for education 3. Fluent in spoken English for day-to-day communication, with a minimum level of attainment of at least a professional 8 or equivalent (near native speaker is a plus) 4. Organizational coordination, project refinement operation, efficient execution ability 5. Highly sensitive to people and the ability to create a good user experience 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
