Basic Function and Scope of the Position:
This individual will work as part of China Quality team to support the Quality Operations in the commercial areas in Greater China region.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide quality support to sales and service & support function on building and improving quality process to ensure both quality compliance and better customer experience
Collaborate with service and support team on critical complaint escalation
Perform trending analysis (Quality Metrics) on an as needed basis, including using statistical process control methods
Provide the quality training to provide awareness as well as to facilitate the implementation of existing process
Work with management to improve quality system policies and procedures
Provide management with status update and escalate issues in a timely manner

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Biological or Laboratory Science, Life Sciences
Preferred Requirements:
More than 5 years of relevant experience of quality management in commercial environment
Have deep understanding of NMPA regulations, especially GSP.
Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
