Responsibilities: 1.Maximise client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule and budget. 2.Oversee the setup and tear-down of all production onsite and manage rehearsals of event rundown. Communicating clearly with all vendors to execute project goals. 3.Continually develop the agency’s vendor panel. Maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors and sourcing new suppliers that push high-tech, innovation, creativity, sustainability etc. 4.Quality checks on suppliers to ensure they are inline with company standards. 5.Drive client relationships, once projects have been handed-over to the operations team. Qualifications & Abilities: 1. Chinese nationality with bachelor degree (or undergoing) required. 2. Fluent Chinese & English required (spoken and written). 3. Ability to work in team. 4. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks. 5. Can be tough against adversity. 6. Great with details. 7. Honest. 8. Passionate for event management. 9. Able to deal well with Taobao suppliers
