As an Account Manager Intern, you will work in multiple dynamic areas and offer customers greater selection, lower prices, more in-stock, and a best-in-class shopping experience/leverage all online traffic channels to highlight our brands and products, initiate promotions to bring awareness to our stores and help customers collect enough page information before they make orders/demand planning and developing and executing category level inventory strategies to maximize sales, margin and inventory turns, have end to end ownership of the inventory from manufacturer to end customer. Meanwhile, we are committed to creating a healthy, fair and just environment for our brands, and protecting brand owners and consumers from the infringement of counterfeit goods. Key job responsibilities
• Drive Seller Success through both B2C and B2B feature adoption, via call down, email, Wecom and other channels.
• Enhance Seller Quality starting from vetting profile to compliant regulations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across organization to contribute in the projects.
• Collect voice of Sellers to be shared with internal stakeholders that will benefit product or process improvements.

• Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some internship experience of retail or e-commerce industry.
• Graduate between 09/2024 and 09/2025.
• Proficiency in English is strongly desired.
• Excellent in Excel functions.
• Strong interesting in cross-border e-commerce.
