Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will be expected to support the team and contribute to compliance and advisory projects. Specific
responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Help collect and organize information received from clients;
Prepare US tax returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, partnership and relevant international tax
forms; Proactively assist team members to perform US tax research using relevant tax tools;
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to deliver high quality tax service and advice to clients.
Requirements:
We are looking for undergraduate (junior and senior years preferred) / graduate students with relevant business
background (accounting or tax major preferred), who can demonstrate:
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
Be a team player and show dedication;
Eager to learn and contribute;
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese;
Stable working time (five days a week from mid-July to mid-October) and physically in Shanghai.
