KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support HR daily operations, especially in office HRBP and internal communications field;
- Support on employee onboarding process
- Staff service certificate related
- Staff internal profiles arrangement
- Arrange the interviews with candidates for HR colleagues;
- Prepare HR report and data as required;
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
SKILLS & REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communications skills
- Detail-oriented and a good team-player
- Native Chinese, fluent in English speaking and writing
- Good at MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Be able to provide at least 3 months’ time as intern and can work 4-5 days per week
