部门/Department: C|GU            地点/Location: ACB          工作经验/Applicants experience level: fresh 岗位描述/Department Mission: This position is responsible and assist for shaping and strengthening the graphical user interfaces  for CARIAD China. The UX/UI design intern will be assist for designing, innovating, and prototyping new user experiences and visual design according to the new trend and possible technology development for the cockpit experience. 主要职责/Your Responsibilities: •Participate in the definition of intelligent cockpit and HMI user experience. Apply knowledge of UX/UI design to develop mock-ups. •Output competitive design analysis on the overall interface effect of the system, explore the development trend of the overall visual style and formulate relevant specifications. Continue to iterate based on the results of user research to improve UI interface design and user experience. Create and analyze design language in order to produce design prototypes and design systems. •Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. •Keep up to date with design trends & consumer expectations shaped by emerging technologies. Showcase the latest creative uses of technology to the wider cross-team and introduce emerging technologies into the human centered design process. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: •Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Design, UI/UX Design or a wide range of related fields. •Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches, prototypes and animations. •Must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Sketch and other design tools •Open-minded and eager to learn the new thing •Be able to communicate the thoughts clearly •Additional valuable skills: maker, video making/editing, and animation •Goal-oriented/result-driven working style •Storytelling and analytic thinking skills •Good oral English is a plus 岗位优势/What We Offer: •You can work closely with the design lead, in a cross-team environment jointly exploring the most trended cockpit related design topics. •Open sharing team culture, could help you to shape your future career vision. •Your design works might have chance influence millions users’ driving experience.
