Responsibilities: General communication/PR activities coordination and administration; Logistic support and information collection on event; Company system application and document management as needed; Vendor communication and management; We chat or website promotion platform maintenance, content write up; Document translation as working requirement; Marketing team supporting as manager commands. Requirements: • Undergraduates/Postgraduates, Marketing, Journalism, Communication and Language is preferred. Excellent English oral and written capability with qualification of over CET6. • Familiar with Excel, designingsoftware. • Detail-oriented; Quick- learning; self-motivated to undertake multi-tasks. Strong writing skills in both Chinese and English is preferred. • Good interpersonal andcommunication skills, experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
