主要职责 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
本岗位为具有工程类学科教育背景,且有意在ADAS和汽车电子测试领域积累多样化的知识技能从而获得本领域的不同职业发展机会的人才。本岗位的任职者将与销售团队和资深工程师紧密联系执行所需的技术与客户服务任务。为了达成这一目标,提供了如下的培养计划:
发展与培养计划DEVELOPING PLAN
1.入职1至3月 First 3 months:
- 公司测试技术领域基础培训Participate Konrad test fundamentals training.
- 公司产品与系统集成培训Participate Konrad product and integration training.
- 参与技术能力与演讲技能演练Participate technical skills and general presenting skills tests.
2.入职3至9月3rd to 9th months:
- 为客户提供各类技术服务Provide technical support to projects and after-sales customer services.
- 为客户提供产品演示Provide product demonstration to customers,collect and respond to customer requirements.
- 掌握对于公司产品的充分理解Obtain fundamental understandings of Konrad products.
3.入职10至12月10th and 12th months after Entry:
- 参加评估, 确认适合的具体发展路径,包括但不仅限于:
Attend matching evaluation to identify the suitable detailed career path within the organization, including but not limited to:
1)客户管理销售Sales/Account Management
2)软件工程Software Engineering
3)机械工程Mechanical Engineering
4)电气与自动化工程师Electrical and Automation Engineering
5)硬件在环仿真工程师等HIL Test Engineering
6)跟随适合领域的资深从业者参与他们的工作内容Follow the senior practitioner to practice relevant work tasks.
4.入职12个月及以后After 12 months:
当人选适合所进入的岗位时,将会正式转到相应的工作领域。When the candidate is proved to be fitted in the role selected, will be full time in the new position.
入职基础要求BASIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- 工程类学科本科及以上学位;Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering related majors.
- 可以使用普通话和英语作为工作语言; Be able to use Mandarin and English as working language.
- 具备较强的自主学习与钻研能力;Have strong self-learning and research capability.
- 具备良好的团队合作能力; Have good team spirits and have good capabilities to work well within a team.
