岗位职责: 1. 主导新人入职培训以及在职培训计划学习追踪; Excute the orientation training for new employees and follow the learning schedule of on-the-job training plans, 2. 协助组织培训学习相关项目的实施,追踪培训学习的效果; Support learning programs and track the learning results, 3. 负责学习平台运营维护,日常更新培训资源、制定线上学习计划及考试等; Daily maintain of E-learning platforms, which includs the upload and verify of learing resources, online learning plan and online tests etc., 4. 开展新人关怀活动,并协助组织企业文化活动; Carry out new employee care activities and assist in organizing corporate culture activities, 5. 协助招聘计划的实施开展; Support on recruitment plans, 6. 完成领导交办的其它事项。 Other tasks assigned by the superior. 任职资格: 1. 本科及以上学历,应届生亦可,人力资源及英语专业优先; Bachelor degree or above, open to graduates. Major in HR or English is prefrred, 2. 熟练使用办公软件; Familiar with MS Office, 3. CET-6及以上,具有熟练的英文听说读写能力; CET-6, good in both verbal and oral English, 4. 性格开朗,富有团队精神; Outgoing, proactive and strong team spirit, 5. 具有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力、组织协调能力。 Strong communication abilities, work under presure and good coordinator.
