» Support local business leader to hire the best through the running and managing of Allegis China referral-based internal hiring process, Pre-interview process and experience day program » Work in conjunction with the TA network and local leadership to support local hiring, on boarding and planed training initiatives » Plan hiring and training schedule to support local leadership implementation plans to achieve success metrics » Conduct real play TSOV sessions where required in order to accelerate hiring effectiveness of team
