Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, master degree is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
