Position Overview:
As an applied AI intern, you'll join our AI Lab, focusing on time series models for industrial and mobility. The ideal candidate has expertise in machine learning, generative AI, or control, especially in time series modeling, and a passion for real-world AI challenges.
Responsibilities:
Research and Development:
Conduct literature reviews on time series modeling and machine learning.
Collaborate with the Time Series Foundation Models team on innovative solutions using time series data.
Data Preprocessing and Exploration:
Clean and preprocess industrial time series data.
Visualize datasets to identify patterns for model development.
Model Development:
Design and optimize time series models for industrial use.
Collaborate with senior researchers on integrating advanced machine learning techniques.
Evaluation and Validation:
Test models for performance, robustness, and reliability.
Validate models with real-world industrial data.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document model development processes and results.
Present progress reports to the AI Lab team and stakeholders.
Research Publications:
Contribute to research papers and publications.
Share research findings within the scientific community.
Qualifications:
PhD candidate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related.
Strong background in machine learning, especially time series modeling.
Proficient in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Familiarity with industrial data is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Self-driven and passionate about AI.
