Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program' (35%) Develop and maintain front-end applications for data science & AI projects, working closely with a team of data scientists (10%) Collaborate with data scientists to understand project requirements and develop user interfaces that effectively communicate data insights to end-users (10%) Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to best practices in front-end development (15%) Design and develop industrial applications (software / web application / GUI) based on data models, supporting Smart Manufacturing projects. (15%) Design and develop data visualizations / reports / dashboards using tools such as Power BI. (5%) Create and maintain documentation for front-end development projects, including user manuals and technical specifications. (5%) Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, such as Generative AI, Digital Twins, MR. Qualifications  Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.  Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, with experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React / Django / Vue / AngularJS.  Knowledge in Data Science is necessary (Machine Learning, database, data visualization, etc.)  Familiarity with back-end development technologies such as Node.js, Flask.  Familiarity with software engineering, skill in Java / C / C++ is a plus.  Experience with WebGL / Three.js or data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with data scientists, material scientists and other stakeholders.  Communication skills, oral & written English, strong sense of user-centric  Self-motivated, team worker, strong sense of
