Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations and management tasks related to the platform business.
Conduct data analysis, preparing reports, presentations, marketing materials, and documentation.
Assist seller and guide throughout marketplace onboarding.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
Manage relationships and coordinate marketplace offline events in China
Aid in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Generate and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Support the planning and execution of events or campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge campaign success.
Contribute to project management activities, ensuring timely task completion.
Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
Requirements:
Pursuing a master degree in Business, Management, International trading, Finance, or a related field.
Familiar with payment/ fintech/ e-commerce industry
Basic understanding of business concepts and principles.
Fluent in English (Written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
