Job Responsibilities:
With the support of HRSSC WFA team to complete the following tasks:
- Assist employees’ check-in & check-out documents preparation
- Assist to set up employees' personal files, collect electronic photos of new employees
- As distribution center for contracts and other documents delivery
- Support project, i.e. Collection and archiving of Employee Handbook signing letters and annual salary letters
- Assist to handle irregular tasks, such as searching, copying and scanning some employee files requested by BG for bidding or audit etc.
- Other support assigned from HR team
Job Requirements:
- College degree prefer HR major or related intern experience
- Basic HR sense with confidentiality
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and positive thinking
- Good team player
- At least 3 days attendance per week
