SUMMARY: Under technical supervision in all instances, provides basic risk research and analysis for customers and business partners. The provision of team supporting in all aspects when necessary. KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Assess the quality of simple risks as described in the appropriate Q2P standards and related competency level. 2. Assess loss potentials in accordance with agreed definitions. 3. Provide objective insight by deep research and study for assigned risks/products. 4. Observe basic loss investigations/Loss information, which include both trend and root cause analysis 5. Help solidify ZCN ZRS database in all aspect 6. Carry out tasks in accordance agreed service delivery standard. 7. Provide translation supporting for technical, market and commercial requests. 8. Provide Management and administration supporting to ZCN ZRS team when necessary. 9. Study assigned technical standards and articles. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 1. University degree and / or related industry / insurance or technical certification in a specific field of expertise 2. Over 2 years related working experience preferred 3. Strong communications and interpersonal skills 4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong management involvement 5. Fluency in English (Oral & Written). 6. Basic Fire and General Liability knowledge preferred 7. Administration skill preferred 8. Self-learning capability
