L&D team is responsible for delivering Learning & Development transactional services, providing Learning support, Exam support, Media support and Reporting services to L&D teams in different offices of PwC China and HongKong area with the purpose of well supporting their business objectives.The main work responsibilities include but not limited to the following, 培训与发展团队专职于学习与发展部往来事务:提供学习支持,考试支持,多媒体支持以及向普华永道于中国大陆及中国香港地区的学习与发展部提供相关报表服务以更好地协助他们完成商业目标。主要内容包括但不限于: Develop remedial elearning, learn to use other e-Learning making tools (Articulate/Storyline) to make e-Learning material ELearning testing on functions Data input, data consolidation and tracking for internal training courses Logistic and administrative support for internal training courses Monthly/Yearly course related report preparation and data analysis Assist to handle the calls and answer the questions from customers on L&D policies, training details, procedures etc. based on the FAQ list Provide support on other ad hoc administrative matters 线上课程上传系统的制作,以及其他课程制作软件(Articulate/Storyline)的使用和课程的制作 网络课程测试 为公司开展的各种培训项目进行数据录入,数据收集,以及培训数据的追踪 为公司开展的各类培训进行流程化的后勤支持 月度/年度培训课程相关报表的制作和处理 协助处理来自客户有关培训与发展领域的政策,培训细节,程序等方面的来电咨询。(基于常见问题列表) 向其余点对点行政事项提供帮助 College students in year two/three who locates in Chengdu, no major preference, participation in on-campus professional online course production is preferred. Can work 5 days/week(Mon.-Fri.), 3 months above from Jul 2023 start. Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite CET 4 or above 成都大二或大三在校生, 无专业限制,参与过校内专业在线课程制作者更佳 一周能工作五天(周一至周五),连续工作3个月及以上,实习期自2023年7月起。 具备有效的中文和英文的书面及口头表达能力 熟练掌握微软办公软件系统的使用 英语四级及以上 Good customer service mindset Organized and attention to detail, high responsibility Good team player and willing to support across different teams 良好的客户服务意识 做事有条理,认真细致,有高度责任心 具有很强的团队意识,能够有效进行跨部门合作
