Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of staff information
- Assist employees in workon application, reimbursement, etc.
- Assist to organize dept. related documents.
- System maintenance, project report assistance
- Assist in document stamping, signing, sending, and receiving express delivery and samples, gift distribution, etc.
- Department activities and customer visit support, arranging accommodation and meals, arranging meeting rooms, etc.
- Support purchase order and department asset maintenance, etc.
- Assist in handling the daily administrative affairs of the office
- Other affairs assigned by the department head
Job Skill:
- English capacity including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, at least passing CET-4
- Proficient in operating Microsoft software, such as excel, word, PPT, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, self-motivated, cheerful, good interpersonal communication skills, able to withstand certain work pressure
