What you will be doing:
• Anticipate and advise on project plans, potential issues, prioritization, and overall management of a project at the initial scoping stage.
• Assessment of company-level sales pipeline reports to effectively forecast upcoming needs on resources, and proactively contact account managers to obtain necessary information.
• Provide first-line assistance to representatives with queries and escalations, and with contact-coaching and feedback sessions.
• Help with the upskilling of other team members.
• Assist with the preparation of statements of work and other sales-related documentation.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
• Coordinate workloads within the team, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Take part in SHL software testing as part of tactical or strategic change programs.
