Responsibilities: - Website and platform development: Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to create and manage user-friendly websites and platforms. Basic training will be provided. - Data management: Use Microsoft Office tools PowerApps and Power BI for exporting, analyzing, and processing data to support team measurement systems and project analysis. - Creative contributions: Apply basic artistic skills and creativity to participate in visual projects for the team, contributing innovative ideas and designs. - Script creation: Develop and refine scripts for operational efficiency and enhanced functionality. - Administrative support: Assist the sales support team with daily administrative tasks, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity. We are looking for: - Innovative Mindset: Open-minded with a pioneering spirit, ready to tackle new projects and lead initiatives. - Analytical Skills: Basic capabilities in data processing, particularly using Excel. A keen interest in mastering new tools and tasks. - Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft software preferred; interest in managing simple projects. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe is advantageous; Experiences in video editing is preferred. - Communication: Basic communication skills with proficiency in reading and writing English. - Organizational Skills: Awareness of time management and a good understanding of project man-agement principles.
