职位描述
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of HSE equipment and update it before their expiration date.
• Take the responsibility of receptionist including visitor management.
• Check the bill of office supply on monthly basis, ensure the figures are align with the services provided.
• Prepare the booking voucher per the invoice received, ensure all the payments are well processed with no mistake.
• Contribute to the communication roadmap: update the posters on request.
• Support and organize the logistics the mission of IPO staff (booking for flight/hotel/train, name card printing, ...).
• Follow up the stock and office supply, place the relevant orders (water, stationery, coffee, PPE, ...) on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Manage office services suppliers and monitor their performance to deliver cost-effective and satisfactory service to IPO.
• Arrange the domestic/overseas delivery service with dedicated vendor.
• Contribute to transverse actions: perform 5S audit and implement corrective action plan, lead some team animation, suggestion box, …
• Liaise with office building management center for any support needed (electricity or air-conditioning issue, installation service, ...).
• Other admin tasks per the request.
Qualifications/Experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business administration
• Native Chinese speaker, fluent in oral and written English
• Work for 5 days per week lasting for minimum 6 months
