To work with Pinnacle Talent Acquisition (TA) team to develop various reporting models, track recruitment data and reduce data inconsistencies and operational risk Keep close communication with Pinnacle TA City Focal and timely give feedback of every recruiter’s data accuracy Help implement and execute the new Data Quality Framework which will improve the measurement, control, quality and accuracy of data across TA Team. Act with courageous integrity and behave according to HSBC's values during the day to day operations within the team Grade 3 or above of Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, better in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Logical thinking and detail-oriented Proficiency with data analysis software, including experience in handling large databases and strong Excel skills Ability to independently assume responsibility and complete tasks.
