MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of this position is to assist the E-Commerce Associate Manger on fulfilling project management, vendor supervision, and executing related administration tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BELOW: 1. EC Regular Daily report updates. 2. Coordinate with internal merchandising / logistic teams and external vendor to enrich product detailed page information, including but not limited product images, product description, size and color for MK .CN, Mini program and Tiktok. 3. Manage the process of local shooting to make sure the product images on brand, on time and on quality. 4. Download and organize assets from HQ and share it with TP company. 5. Familiar with the operation of warehouse logistics system, assist to arrange goods allocation and inventory inquiry. 6. Assist in handling customer complaints and information modification, respond to customer comments. 7. Follow up product after-sales maintenance cases. 8. Follow up the product sample delivery for the KOL livestreaming business. 9. Support Finance process and payment. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's Degree required • Be passionate about fashion and luxury • Work hard with diligence; with ability to deal with multi-task • Fluent in Mandarin and English • Skilled in Microsoft Work, Excel, PPT • 4+ days weekly attendance
