固定收益部实习生（某知名合资理财公司） 本岗位由上海外服-东浩人力资源公司代招 工作内容： 1、定期对各种理财投资工具进行研究/信息总结。 2、维护和更新数据库，并对信用风险进行深入研究。 3、参与投资组合的投后管理，如标的资产监控、外部管理人报告整理等。 4、提炼并发送各产品的定期报告，并按法规或渠道要求编制数据报告。 5、协助准备新产品文件，以及用于产品销售和客户相关活动的路演材料。 6. 协助翻译产品及投资工具的介绍文件。 岗位要求： 1、研究生学历，CFA或同等专业资格者优先。 2、在中国境内固定收益市场有类似的实习经历。熟悉金融市场，宏观经济，熟悉中国固定收益产品。 3、熟练使用微软办公软件。Python和VBA操作技能者优先。 4、有创造力和自我激励能力，能在高效的团队环境中工作 5、较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。 薪资：300元/天，一周3天或以上，4-6个月 地址：上海市浦东陆家嘴金融广场 Job responsibilities 1、 Regular research/ info summaries on various investment instruments. 2、 Maintain& update databases, and conduct in-depth research on credit risk. 3、 Participate in the post-investment management of the portfolios, such as underlying assets monitoring issues, external manager management, etc. 4、 Refining and sending out the periodical reports for each product and prepare regulatory reports as required by regulations. 5、 Support to prepare IPO documents and roadshow materials for products on-boarding and client-centric activities. 6、Help to translate material concerning WMPs and investment instruments. Job requirement： 1. Postgraduate degree, CFA, and/or similar professional qualification preferred。 2. Similar internship experience in China onshore fixed income market. Strong knowledge of the financial markets, macroeconomics, with familiarity experience in China fixed income products. 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools. Python and VBA skills are preferred. 4. Creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment 5. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities (English and Chinese).
