岗位职责：:
1. Monitor lead time and shipment status
2. Provide custom clearance documents for freight forwarder
3. Work with procurement team to make sure shipment PO is ready for good receiving
4. Follow up shipment issues with freight forwarders
5. Handle orders from Sales team
6. Well handle 3PL management
7. Good monitor and work closely with warehouse
8. Good management of stock in warehouse and internal system
9. Check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and provide to Sales team
10. Monthly invoice checking of warehouse cost
11. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth cooperation
12. Process improvement
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree, with relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, customs &trade compliance, warehouse, cross border e-commerce, is preferred
2. Good sense of time management, well manage priorities and targets;
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
4. Familiar with regulation and process of cross border e-commerce import, and normal trade import/export by sea freight, air freight and road transportation operation, warehouse;
5. Ability to manage 3PL to meet high service standard;
6. Analytical skills with good sense of the big picture as well as a keen eye for details;
7. Mature, self-motivated, strong result-orientation, able to work under pressure;
8. Be flexible & positive to face the changes;
9. High enthusiasm to learn, think & do;
10. Good reading, written and oral English;
