Main Tasks
and Responsibilities

Prepare
Labor Contract, Intern agreement & onboarding documents;
·
Responsible
for employee P-file management;
·
Support
New Hire’s Day 1 process;
·
Translating
documents as required;
·
Support
distribute certifications or letters;
·
Support
expatriate employees’ work permit application/renewal;
·
Support
Employee Relationship Programs;
·
Other
tasks assigned by the HR supervisor.
Requirements:
·
Major
in Human Resources, Administration, English or related field;
·
Fluent
English in both verbal and written;
·
Excellent
skills in MS office
·
Outgoing
person with strong customer service spirit;
·
Good at
teamwork cooperation;
·
Can work
least 3 days a week
