岗位职责 / Job Description 1.作为团队成员支持流程改进，并在实习期间实现报告自动化。 Contribute as a team member to support process improvements and automate reporting during the internship. 2.学习成果包括掌握与计划和物流功能相关的各种供应链流程知识 The learning outcomes include acquiring knowledge of various supply chain processes related to planning and logistics functions. 3.获得数字化和流程改进项目的技能和经验，同时熟练掌握当前技术框架内的数据分析和可视化。Gain skills and experience in digitalization and process improvement projects, along with proficiency in data analysis and visualization within the current technical framework. 4.与团队合作实施数据分析、报告和日常运营的仪表板。 Collaborate with the team to implement data analysis, reporting, and dashboards for daily operations. 专业资质要求 / Professional Requirements 1.当前在读统计学、运筹学、商业管理、供应链管理、工程、信息技术或数据科学与分析等相关专业的本科或研究生学位，研究生优先。 Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Science and Analytics. Graduate students are preferred. 2.具备基本的供应链管理知识者优先。 Possessing basic knowledge of supply chain management is considered a plus. 3.具有出色的分析和系统化技能，用于评估复杂数据和流程。 Demonstrate excellent analytical and systematic skills for evaluating complex data and processes. 4.具有良好的沟通和演示技巧，并且愿意学习。 Strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to learn. 5.熟练使用数据可视化和分析工具，如Power BI、SQL和Python。 Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python. 6.具备编程语言技能（如SQL、Python）和熟悉人工智能技术（如机器学习、自然语言处理、机器人过程自动化）者优先。 Programming language skills (e.g., SQL, Python) and familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., ML, NLP, RPA) are a plus. 注：如果是2024届同学投递，在该岗位实习优秀者，有转正机会。
