Qualifications：
a.Experience and necessary knowledge on NEV HV safety and HV system
b. Necessary knowledge on GB standard, VW80303
c. VW experience perfered
d. English speaking
e. Chinese drive license C
f. Necessary knowledge on CANoe. ODIS.
• Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of CAN communications (VECTOR CANoe).
• Experience in automotive architecture and electronics.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Programing skills (Pythonc, Matlab,...) and PLC automation systems (industrial computers).
• Volkswagen internal CAD2 level with the ability to certify the absence of voltage for electric vehicles (necessary for all team members).
• Volkswagen internal CAD3 level with the capability to perform works in voltage (not required for all the team but necessary to perform some test cases).
• Driving license in adverse conditions or similar (it is a must to perform dynamic test cases).
• Previous knowledge in VW Group software's (Doors, System 42, Test 42, ODIS Engineering, iDEX).
• Creative attitude, positive mindset and creative person (not a technical requirement although it helps a lot).
