Survey request communication with cross functions •Make sure the survey is output by request •Test survey links followed by design and refine problems •5-star follow-up and communication with business cross function •5-star operation result insight mining •Do the research execution through platform Complaint/Crisis: •UAT test for complaint system •Help to do the case management in the future system •Backup for complaint/crisis and help to inform/follow-up the cases Requirement: •At least 4 days/week (prefer 6 month or above) •Bachelor degree or above •Research background •Skilled in office software (especially excel); SPSS; or other statistic software •Responsible and positive in attitude •Willing to communicate •Strong logic thinking
